Last updated: 23 June 2026

Welcome to clickd.lk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clickd.lk (the "Service"), a study supplement platform for students preparing for the GCE Ordinary Level and Advanced Level examinations in Sri Lanka. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and student accounts

The Service is intended for students. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and consent to your use of the Service. We may require guardian verification during account setup for younger users.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@clickd.lk. if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Use of the Service

clickd.lk is a study aid. The study material, flashcards, quizzes, past paper questions, explanations and AI-generated content provided through the Service are intended to supplement, not replace, official curricula, teachers, tutors or examination authorities. We do not guarantee that any content is free of errors or that use of the Service will result in any particular exam outcome.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, scraping content in bulk, reverse engineering the platform, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

4. Content ownership

All software, design, curated content and branding on clickd.lk are owned by clickd.lk or its licensors. Past examination papers remain the property of the Department of Examinations Sri Lanka and are reproduced here for educational supplement purposes. You may use content on the Service for your personal, non-commercial study only.

5. AI-generated material

Portions of the Service include material generated or summarised by automated systems. Such material can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always cross-check important facts against your official syllabus and textbooks before relying on them for examinations.

6. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time from the in-app settings or from the account-deletion form on our website. Our team reviews and processes each request, and a confirmation notification is sent to the number you provided once your account is removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. clickd.lk is not responsible for exam results, admission decisions, or any other consequences of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. We handle your personal data in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022, as described in our Privacy Policy.
